INGREDIENTS:
Garri, Palmoil, Water, Grounded Pepper, Boiled Assorted Meat, Boiled Stockfish, Boiled Prawn, Sliced Pumpkin Leaf (Ugwu Leaf), Diced Onions, Seasoning (Maggi or any product of your choice), Salt...
PREPARATION:
1. Boil your water up to a considerable point.
2. Add your grounded pepper, seasoning (maggi or any other product of your choice) and salt.
3. Add your boiled assorted meat, boiled stockfish, boiled prawn and your palm oil.
4. Add your Pumpkin leaf (Ugwu leaf) and cover it to boil a little bit for about 5 seconds.
5. Sprinkle your garri in the water little by little till it becomes sticky, also turn it with your spatula all the way.
6. Sprinkle very little water in it and cover it to steam for about 5 seconds.
7. After 5 seconds, open your pot to stir with your spatula...Your Jollof Eba is ready.
NB: Eat while it is still hot or a little warm (incase you don't like hot food) because it becomes too sticky when cold.
